The consortium of DIHUB worked together to developed the Digital Innovation Hub that consist of a cluster of 5 interconnected nodes (in Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia and Portugal). This Hub will is the platform where students, VET/Education providers and businesses collaborate for innovations development, education and cloud-based projects.
The model of the Innovation Hub
This model has developed and refined during the whole project, receiving and providing input to and from other activities, as shown in the figure below.
The first version of the Hub Service (including training on cloud technologies) was subject to 2 pilot cycles with students, VET/Education providers and companies. This allowed improving the concept and adjusting it to the needs of the target groups. During the process, we collected inputs to feed research based on project activities and provided recommendations for future development.
